Our team led the livestream production for a major badminton tournament, with our head producer serving as the on-site director. We managed comprehensive coverage across two gyms, each hosting three simultaneous games. This was our highest-pressure livestream to date, as we took full responsibility for all on-site production aspects. Despite the intense challenges, the event ran smoothly, and the final livestreams were a resounding success.
