I was the head producer and on-site director for the livestream of a major badminton tournament, managing coverage across two gyms with three simultaneous games each. This was my highest-pressure livestream to date, where I took full responsibility for all aspects of production on site. Despite the challenges, the event ran smoothly, and the final livestreams looked fantastic.
